A legacy-building journey into manhood, mindset, and wealth.

The JustUs League is BTBF’s flagship mentorship initiative for elite high school youth who will remain in the JustUs League until they’re 30 years old. The program is rooted in leadership, discipline, and financial empowerment, and other valuable traits. The program equips participants—called Crowns—with tools to become legacy builders.

Program Structure

Ages 30 – 33

Watchtowers

Future mentors and former Crowns who mentor the next generation.

Age 33+

Kings & Queens

Lifelong stewards of wisdom, service, and social impact.

Crown Commitment

Every Crown will receive:

$100/month investment account funded by BTBF until age 30
Real-time financial literacy training via their funded accounts
Exclusive retreats, workshops, and leadership labs
Life coaching and mentoring from Watchtowers on a monthly basis
A lifelong brotherhood/sisterhood rooted in impact

In return, every Crown agrees to serve as a Watchtower from age 30–33, giving back to the next wave of leaders.
